After convalescence and prevention of burn-out it is important that you focus on your health.
Food Eat healthy and regularly, and vary the food. Limit the use of alcohol, caffeine and nicotine.
Relaxation Find your own ”decompression technique” to loosen tension and help you relax – for example mental relaxation or meditation. The regular use of these techniques will help you calm down.
Calm down Get enough sleep and time for rest. Recreation, rest, piece and quiet can give relaxation, energy re-fill and time for reflection.
Physical activity Physical activity and regular training helps stress and gives energy. But during burn-out training has negative effect if you don’t have enough energy for it.
