Change your work?

You don’t have to leave your current job in order to overcome burn-out. However, if the working environment or the boss’ management style contributed to your burn-out, you might consider a change of job, or even a change of career! If management still expects you to work in the same manner as before, with no understanding of why you need to change your work habits…you should quit that job!
