Here are some possible causes for sleeping problems and suggestions to what you can do with them: Poor balance in life: - poor sleep can be an important sign that you need a more suitable balance between rest, recreation and career. You ought to evaluate your situation of life, and if necessary, do some adjustments and/or change the order of your priorities
