Start with:
  • sit in the meditation position
  • relax in body and mind
  • visualize that your body is healthy and whole
When you inhale:
  • visualize that you breath in white light. The light is healing, cooling and refreshing. For each in breath, you inhale more and more healing light
  • concentration on a specific area where you feel tension or pain. If you have a specific disease or illness, you can concentrate on this one and send the healing light there. Are you suffering from burn-out, you can visualize you get filled up with fresh and pure energy
 
When you exhale:
  • visualize that all tension and problems leave the body as black smoke. At each exhale more and more black smoke get out of you. Continue the exercise until the body is filled with white light and completely healed. All problems are removed, and your body is shining of white, healing, refreshing light. Two advices will make this exercise especially effective:
    • see to that you have a feeling of all problems are gone before you end the exercise. Nothing remains for next time
    • perform the exercise daily for best possible result
